Wingmate is an installable companion app that walks nervous or first-time business travellers through their whole trip, from home to the airport, through security, to the gate, and on to the hotel. It talks in a warm, plain-English voice, answers questions about the traveller's own trip, and puts them straight in touch with a real person the moment something feels wrong. When they land, the car is already arranged, so there is nothing left to sort out. This demo is an early prototype built to show what the finished experience could feel like.
